We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
